Aktuelna finansijska kriza ukazala je na značaj osnivanja Bankarske unije na nivou EU, što bi omogućilo adekvatno reagovanje na finansijske probleme preko regionalnog bankarskog nadzora u odnosu na poslovanje banaka u evrozoni. Osnovni rezultati u ovom istraživanju će na sintetičan način pokazati formiranje bankarske unije značajno doprinosi jačanju integracija ekonomija zemalja članica, promociji poverenja u EU i stabilnosti bankarskog sektora ali bez jasnih ciljeva i svrha koje će postići u realnom sektoru EU, a koji treba da obezbedi, pored sigurnijeg, bogatiji život, veću zaposlenost i izlazak iz stagnantnih okvira.

Makroregionalne strategije Evropske unije – Sedam godina posle

Makroregionalne strategije EU

Makro-regionalne strategije obuhvataju 19 zemalja Evropske unije i 8 ,,trećih zemalja”, a njihov osnovni cilj je stvaranje sinergije za rast i zapošljavanje uz smanjenje regionalnih razlika. Nakon formalnog uspostavljanja Strategije EU za Baltički region (usvojena 2009. godine), do sada su razvijene i u fazi neposredne primene su još tri makro-regionalne strategije EU: Strategija EU za Dunavski region (2011. godine), Strategija EU za Jadransko-jonski region (2014. godine), i Strategija EU za Alpski region (2016. godine). Makro-regionalne strategije deo su pravnog okvira evropskih strukturnih i investicionih fondova za period 2014-2020. godina. Pitanje vlasništva nad makro-regionalnim strategijama postaje sve važnije, a povećava se i značaj uloge rotirajućeg predsedavanja, budući da većina zemalja počinje uviđati da ono podrazumeva i uticaj na strateško usmeravanje aktivnosti.

Urban water security: Lessons for the Danube region

Water security, according to the United Nations, is the capacity of a population to safeguard sustainable access to adequate quantities of acceptable quality water for sustaining livelihoods, human well-being and socio-economic development; ensuring protection against water-borne pollution and water-related disasters; and for preserving ecosystems in a climate of peace and political stability. In other words, water security is the ability of a population to access good quality water of suf­ficient quantity necessary for sustaining livelihoods, human well-being and socio-economic development. In the context of cities, urban water security is the ability of an urban population to safeguard sustainable access to adequate supplies of good quality water.

Deset ekonomskih doprinosa Dunava Srbiji

Statistical overview of the type of goods transported on the Danube in 2014

Dunav je najznačajnija evropska reka i predstavlja evropski saobraćajni koridor 7. Sastavni je deo transevropskog plovidbenog sistema Dunav-Majna-Rajna, koji svojom dužinom od 3504 km spaja Crno more sa Severnim morem, povezujući zapad i istok Evrope. Kroz Srbiju Dunav teče u dužini od 588 kilometara, od Bezdana do Prahova. Plovan je celim svojim tokom, dok mu se u Srbiji ulivaju Drava, Tisa, Sava, Tamiš, Velika Morava i Timok i Nera. Sagledavanjem uticaja Dunava na ekonomski razvoj Srbije prepoznali smo deset važnih ekonomskih doprinosa Dunava za ekonomski razvoj Srbije u polju plovidbene infrastrukture i transporta, obnovljivih izvora energije, vode za piće, navodnjavanja i industriju, razvoj ribolova, brodogradilišta, proširenje izvora osnovnih sirovina, prečišćavanje otpadnih voda, unapređenje turističke ponude, kreiranje rekreacionih i sportskih sadržaja.

Occurrence of Inland water transportation collision event exposes vessel owners and operators, as well as the public to risk. The nature of the threat can be worrisome; it may lead to loss of life, damage to the environment, disruption of operation and injuries. This makes hybrid analysis of accident frequency and consequence for risk quantification of accident scenarios through stochastic tools very imperative for reliable design and exercise of technocrat stewardship of safety and safeguard of the environmental. This paper present technique of modelling prediction of collision risk and mitigation option for aversion of collision incident. The paper discuss accident frequency and consequence estimation probability modelling to determine require matching size of vessels and waterways and other parameters. The paper also discuss the use of reliability tools to check the predicted data.
